I will survive

A few nights ago I went over to my friends, the Rocks, and they were watching this new reality program, "I Survived a Japanese Game Show." I only saw a few seconds, but I keep thinking about it. It showed a bunch of participants walking out onto this stage with a Japanese host who was talking excitedly and an audience full of Japanese people that were clapping and cheering. The American participants were confused. I loved it. For its very obvious absurdity. Reality TV (or anything else for that matter) that's meant to be serious or life-changing, but is actually very absurd is really obnoxious. Anything that is meant to be absurd and is...that's something I can support.
